Olympian Brianna Decker, former NHL players Kevin Stevens and Matt Cullen, late Chicago Blackhawks founder Frederic McLaughlin, and the 2002 Paralympic gold-medal sled hockey team will be inducted into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame.
McLaughlin founded the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1920s, helping to grow hockey in the city. His efforts to build a team with American talent left a lasting impact on the sport. He was posthumously inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1963.
Decker, who led the U.S. to Olympic gold in 2018 and six world championships, has made significant contributions to women's hockey, while Stevens helped the Pittsburgh Penguins win back-to-back Stanley Cups in 1991 and 1992. Cullen, a three-time Stanley Cup winner, played 1,500 NHL games.
